Crystal Smallwood
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Crystal Smallwood brings over 17 years of combined experience in hospice and home care, with specialized expertise in Structured Family Caregiving (SFC). She has helped establish and support multiple home care offices across Indiana and Connecticut, bringing strong leadership, operational experience, and a passion for compassionate care.
